The room was lovely and clean. The staff were wonderful and helpful. So close to the town, it was great thanks.

The room was very clean and the welcoming was lovely. There was a bit to take in on check-in as its a locked community. We didn't get where to leave the key but text them and they found them. I think it needs some written instructions.

A highly recommended stay. Everything you could need in one place with amazing staff that make you feel so welcome. It was an unexpected highlight to our trip. There was so much to do for families, and we were sad not to have enough time to try it all. The pool area was beautiful and fun for the kids and bonus it had towels there for use. We used the pool every night and it was amazing. The room was clean and spacious for the three of us. On top of that, it had amazing veiws. Staff were friendly and helpful, conceierge even helped us choose a great activity for a day we had nothing on. Their recommendation turned out to be one of our favourite places to visit. The location was also fantastic, we seemed to be 20 minutes from everything we wanted to visit and we were surrounded by places to eat. Overall our family of 2 adults and 1 child had the best holiday because the accommodation here was amazing, stress free and had so much to enjoy. If you are considering it, do it. You wont be disappointed. We are already looking for excuses to return.

Stayed at Sofitel Gold Coast and overall had a great experience. The location is excellent—right in the heart of Broadbeach with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and entertainment just steps outside the hotel, making it incredibly convenient. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the hotel offers nice amenities that add to a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Everything felt well-maintained and up to the Sofitel standard. The only downside is parking. There’s no complimentary customer parking, and guests are required to pay hefty parking fees to use the hotel parking, which is disappointing considering the premium price point. Aside from parking, it’s a solid stay and a great choice for the Gold Coast.

We were impressed with the city views and balcony area, size of the apartment and proximity to areas we wanted to visit. However, the room had a very bad sewerage/drain smell which didn’t seem to dissipate during the stay. The car park entry is 2.1m but the actual carpark we were given did not fit a larger car in it due to the limited underground parking areas. The apartment was very noisy with city and train noises all night long, which is understandable for the location but if you do not like too much noise, I would suggest looking somewhere else.
