High Black Forest Kid friendly Holidays

The bed i n my room is old, I can feel laying on spring, although they later put a topper on it. I was not able to get good sleep , because I cant sleep when its hot. The AC is not central and barely working, its more like a fan. I told the lady at the front dest, she said she will send someone to look at it but never did. I also did not appreciate the defensiveness when I complained about the bed, phone not working and AC is not working, The lady made a statement "no one has complained before." That was a tad rude. Restaurant staff are very friendly and helpful. Food is decent.

Beautiful hotel, we never wanted to leave! Pool and restaurant were lovely too. I would go again. Oh, and the view can’t be beat.

Nice hotel, travel into Zurich via light rail no 51 very easy.

Our stay at Neues Schloss Privat Hotel Zurich was outstanding from beginning to end. Every member of the staff we encountered was consistently warm, attentive, professional, and genuinely committed to making our visit perfect. The quality of service never varied, regardless of the time of day or whom we approached. The hotel itself was beautiful, comfortable, impeccably maintained, and ideally located. Every detail was handled flawlessly, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. We would return without hesitation and recommend this hotel enthusiastically to anyone visiting Zurich.

The location of this hotel is excellent! Very close to the train station where our tours meet up point was a meters away. This hotel is not a 4.5 hotel though.

We loved the Kindli. It’s nicely decorated. The room was very comfortable. The staff are friendly. The breakfast and dinner were wonderful. The location was extremely convenient. We really appreciated that we could get extra bottled water as well as coffee and tea in the lobby whenever we liked. The rooms had USB-C outlets. We would gladly stay there again.
