Great location and amenities. Room was a bit dated and we had a bathroom insect infestation on day 2 (which was resolved). Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would stay again but would choose as upgraded room by the lagoon.

Room had issues. The shower head wouldn’t adjust and the luxury feel the hotel boats is nonexistent. A continental breakfast is included in the booking however you have to pay the VAT tax and 18% includes gratuity and they still expect you to tip on top of that. Staff in the office were very helpful but staff throughout the hotel are not and could be rude at times. As a gay couple we often felt uncomfortable with staff as they were unwelcoming when they realized we were together.
