Caribbean Kid friendly Holidays

We stayed in the Royal at Atlantis. Room was very clean and relatively updated. The aqua park is so much fun (even as adults) and pools amazing. We used the newly renovated spa. Still had some things needed to be done. Would have liked if the spa had their own pool for spa guests to enjoy as well as a hottub area especially for the cost. Loved our stay but pricey

We stayed here with my husband to celebrate our anniversary and my birthday. Overall, our stay was very nice. Our butler was wonderful! He was very kind, explained everything clearly, answered all our questions, and was always helpful whenever we needed anything. The excursions were enjoyable. We had the chance to visit a cave, go horseback riding, and ride buggies, which were all fun experiences. Unfortunately, there were a few things we didn’t like. The beach was very smelly, and there was a lot of seaweed that wasn’t cleaned up. The food was okay, but not amazing. The restaurants were also average, although the hibachi restaurant was our favorite. At night, there wasn’t much to do. There was live music and occasional concerts, but nothing very active or exciting. The resort advertised 24/7 room service, but when we tried calling at night to order food or ask for something, no one ever answered the phone. That was very disappointing, especially since the service was supposed to be available 24/7. Overall, we enjoyed our vacation and the experiences we had, but there are definitely a few areas where the resort could improve.

I stayed there many times before, this time the hotel seems to get old and need a few update. My room should not be in the list for booking because the amenities were not good My son almost got injured, a curtain in room almost fell on him and they were not able to fix it but I stay for the duration of my trip because they want to move two days into my trip and I was there for 5 days

Grotto Bay is a wonderful place to stay. This was our 3rd time staying there and plan on going back next year. From the front desk, the staff that seats you at your table, the servers, the bartenders,I can't say enough. Highly recommend.
