This is my second time staying with the hotel. It is also the only hotel in Hanoi that I wish to stay at. The staff is excellent, and so friendly. The bed was amazing, and the breakfast is great!

The room was comfortable, looked just like the pictures. Very clean and comfortable. The ladies at the front desk were super nice! Helped me with laundry request, change the date of the reservation and printing boarding passes. My only issue that i had is that breakfast is at a nearby place but food was not being replenished and also the bakery items had some growth inside. So we decided not to have breakfast for the remaining of the days

The club level staff are friendly and nice. However, the club level rooms (2) that we booked were not updated. The bathroom are old and has a foul smell. We stayed here before and facility was up kept but now, the rooms are old and has foul smell.
