Our stay was absolutely wonderful. Having access to the beach and being able to take towels, beach chairs and sun umbrellas made the whole experience top notch. Even with restoration happening it was hardly noticeable. Glad the place is being kept up. So much staff to cater to anything we may have needed, with service being of high value. It being a secure property we felt safe and comfortable. The rooms were simply lovely, with everything we needed so we could relax and have a perfect holiday. Beautiful room and location, close to the marina. The staff was exceptional and it was nice to be able to always get a lounge chair. The breakfast staff in particular were amazing. 12 Tribes restaurant had really good food and service but menu got a little routine after a week

Room was great, bell boys were great, but if you’re not leaving the resort till afternoon you will be charged $150USD/bracelet to keep your privileges of the resort. If you don’t pay it you’re basically dead to everyone there except the bell boys. If you book 8 days you will only get 6 days of the resort. You lose a half day on check in and a half day on check out.

The rooms are beautiful and well maintained. Staff was incredibly kind and helpful as well. Food is amazing but a bit expensive, definitely worth it though. Would recommending getting the breakfast included, it’s well worth it.

I have travelled a lot and stayed in many high-end properties - the service at The Cape was some of the best I have ever received. The location is ideal and the vibe very relaxing. The food was very good too. Highly recommended.

Service was amazing as usual. We had a hot water issue in many of the rooms in section 19. Although we didn't have hot water in the room for 3 days, we were able to shower at the spa until it was resolved.
