Great experience. Staff was always making sure everything was clean. No issues with security. Great views. Great value for price. Recommend!

The hotel is very clean, staff are helpful and very responsive. There were some things out of the hotels control, however they went above and beyond what I would normally expect in order for me to enjoy my stay. Will definitely come back next time I am in HCM.

I had a minor mishap with the air conditioning not working when I arrived. But they put me up in another room and everything was good. I always stay here when I’m in Ho Chi Minh City. I’m returning in September and will be staying at this hotel once again. The staff are wonderful and extremely helpful.

We had a reasonably pleasant stay at Sanouva Danang Hotel. The hotel is quite tired and could definitely benefit from some updating. That said, the bed was comfortable and the staff were excellent — friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. Unfortunately, although the staff were great, overall the hotel didn’t quite meet our expectations, and based on our experience we wouldn’t choose to stay here again. There were some positives, particularly the fantastic staff and comfortable bed, but the hotel itself needs some investment and refurbishment.

Got upgraded to a better unit which has a steam room. Although the location is pretty remote (on an island), it's definitely out of the hustle and bustle, so it gets pretty quiet at night, even during the day. Fret not, can always order food delivery. Otherwise the restaurant has multiple options from Vietnamese to Korean. The main event is the onsen that's included in my stay. I can practically experience contrast therapy at any time it's open. The staffs are really polite, but I must give kudos to Tra My and Hue. They literally remember my Vietnamese coffee order for breakfast - less sweet and fresh milk instead of condensed milk. The accommodation is not a renowned luxury brand, yet the service is comparable; almost perfect. If you are looking for wellness and quality time just by yourself or with your loved ones, this is the one to book.
