Excellent service and nice clean room. Enjoyed our stay.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the hotel itself has a great vibe and beautiful design. One thing that would have really elevated the experience would be having the terrace open throughout the day so guests could fully enjoy the property. It would have been such a nice place to relax, read a book, or enjoy coffee. The terrace was typically only open after 5 PM. The first night we were there it was closed for a private party, and another evening it did not open until 7 PM, which felt a little limiting for guests wanting to use the space during the day. The surrounding neighborhood is definitely a bit gritty. While I personally felt safe, there was a noticeable amount of drug activity and homelessness nearby.

We would definitely come back here the next time we visit San Francisco. What we loved best was the hotel felt very safe, super clean, very friendly staff, garage for parking, great location, and small area for kids to play at the end. The only complaint we have is there was not a vent in the bathroom So it got muggy after showers. Other than that it was a great place to stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Got here from east coast on the red eye and checked in super fast. Room was huge with great bedding. Staff is super friendly and hotel is in a great location. Reminds me of a smaller scale artsy hotel. There’s coffee in the lobby in the morning that turns into a bar at night.
