BAYVIEW TOWER CBD APARTMENT

Holiday right in the heart of Yeppoon and enjoy all the beach activities like Keppel Kracken waterpark and the beachfront Lagoon pool. Enjoy the convenience of walking to shops, cafés, restaurants and beach.

This air-conditioned studio apartment on the first floor has access straight from a shared car parking area on the same level as your apartment. No designated parking for each unit. Bedding is one queen size bed and a pull-out lounge/double sofa bed suitable for an extra person or child. Modern bathroom with walk in shower. Unit has a washing machine for your convenience.

Enjoy a morning coffee on your balcony overlooking the ocean. The location is ideal for a walk on the beach and a refreshing swim.

During your holiday you could take the ferry across to Great Keppel Island for a day trip, take an easy drive to Emu Park where you can hear the amazing 'Singing Ship' and do the 'Centenary of ANZAC Memorial Walk'. Byfield National Park is an hour's easy drive where you can swim in the creeks, picnic or bushwalk. Capricorn Coast is an ideal destination to holiday.

This apartment does not have WIFI. No guaranteed parking at complex. On street parking close by and free multi storey car park within 250m.

Bed linen and bath towels are provided. Please bring your own toiletries and beach towels.

Yeppoon at The Lagoon
We enjoyed lovely warm weather for the week we were there. Bayview Tower is in a very central spot across the road from the beach. The car park unfortunately does not have enough parking for everyone’s car. We managed okay but it could be an issue if the accommodation was fully booked. The Lagoon Pool , a 10minute walk away is fantastic. Beautifully landscaped with a great cafe as well !

Nice little apartment in a great location
The complex is definitely showing its age but the apartment has been quite nicely renovated and is in a beautiful location. Its just a short walk to the water front. Overall quite happy with it. The only negative is if you want to cook your own meals. You have a fry pan and a saucepan but the only utensil you have is a wooden spoon and then ordinary cutlery. There is also a smoke detector virtually above the cook top, which we set off cooking breakfast one day. Fortunately it wasn't the one connected to the fire department. So just factor that in to your plans.

Great apartment but noisy construction
Great apartment. Couch not for lounging but facilities were good. Unfortunately they were replacing the metal balconies and there was drilling from 8-5 each day. Would have been nice to know in advance and have the opportunity to stay somewhere else instead. Was NOT a relaxing holiday.

Yeppoon stay
The property was lovely and very close to shops and eateries as well as access to the beach. The kitchenette could do with a top up of cooking accessories such as tongs, serving platters, salad bowls and additional cutlery etc but otherwise a great stay for a few nights. The sunrise was to die for☀️

Great location of apartment in Yeppoon
The apartment has been nicely renovated and was an easy walk to the beach, cafes, restaurants, sailing club and lagoon pool. The apartment is on the 1st level and therefore doesn't have great views - it has a partial ocean view across the rooftop of the building reception area below. The kitchenette was a bit lacking in functionality and equipment. There were only 2 powerpoints for the 3 appliances (washer/dryer, microwave and cooktop) that were provided, so it took a bit of juggling when using. Considering that there was a microwave oven, it would have been handy to have a microwave dish/bowl for cooking.
