"We considered cancelling our trip due to having a car accident, called Wotif/the hotel manager to discuss and was verbally abused by the hotel manager then had all money drained from our credit card. Even though we had decided to attend because we paid for the accommodation, we were blocked by the hotel manager who wouldn’t take our calls. Currently dealing with the relevant ombudsman to put forward a formal complaint. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel or booking through Wotif. "

It's perfect for kids and we all had a great weekend. You can let the kids go and feel safe as to their whereabouts. Rooms were clean and well presented and the staff were a great help.
Between the two pools, waterslide, water play park, large play ground, two jumping pillows, mini golf and the weekend movies on the big screen they were rather busy.

We had the king suite. Our room was very spacious and clean. The mountain views were nice. Air conditioning works great. There is Beam e-scooter hire parking at the front of the hotel. The bar is nice.
Only tip to know is sometimes when you swipe your room key, if turning the handle down doesn’t work try turning it up (counter clockwise) something the front desk told us after we had trouble.

Beautiful resort, but there is not activity for the kids, no security during the week, no music. The reception close at 8 pm, which is terrible!! But at the end is nice place to relax, the room are amazing. They just need to organise some different things during the day. All the rest , good!

Stayed 6 nights in an Ocean View Suite - our room was very clean, a really good size and had fantastic views from the balcony. Great location - an easy 5-10 walk down the Esplanade into the centre of Cairns with lots of restaurants on the way. Friendly and helpful staff. Great value considering the size of the room and location. Would definitely stay again when we're back in Cairns

Expensive, but the rooms are wonderful, very new clean and well appointed. Great pool and bar and easy to book snorkle, fins etc. Staff amazing and helpful. We loved the experience and being pampered by the wonderful staff. The Chef is top class, some of the best food you will enjoy.
