"Simply amazing, self contained Annex with sitting room overlooking the garden, large bedroom, bathroom with walk in shower and well appointed kitchen fully stocked with lots and pans. I only stayed 2 nights and ate out, but for others this would be ideal as a base location to explore the area. "

I didn't realise when I booked that it was a bath with no shower, and being over six foot, I could not stand up in the bath and use the spray attachment because of the low-sloping roof - but I still enjoyed the stay"

"This is a great hotel to stay in for a nice break in Bath. The location is perfect. When you leave the hotel door it’s a short walk in either direction to get you into the center of Bath. The staff are really polite and were helpful with suggestions on restaurants and things to do. Our room was superb. At the back of the hotel overlooking what I believe is part of the rugby ground. This place also does not have an elevator, so if you have heavy suitcases and have problems carrying them up flights of stairs, again this place is not for you.
