"What an amazing place Millpond is. Its modern, clean, well equipped, has great views of beach, is walking distance to all amenities and a great base to explore the island of KI. Host were very informative and email communication was outstanding. Why would you stay anywhere else."

"Our Mr and Mrs Fish Cabin was really clean and comfortable and a pleasure to return to each evening after a day touring the island. Observing the koalas living in the tree next to the cabin was a real bonus. "

Only 10 min from the Penneshaw Ferry terminal and about an hours drive from Kingscote and some beautiful attractions that kangaroo Island has to offer.We will definitely be back one day. Thank you "

"Great place to stay. Well equipped. Just a minute's walk to the waterside to watch the lovely seabirds. Wish we could've stayed longer. Minor issues with check-in/hotels.com messages but soon sorted with a phone call."

"A perfect spot if you are looking for a new experience away from the hotels and crowd. The bus is conveniently located just off the road from the ferry terminal. It has a double-bed and fully equipped kitchen. The shower has running water but the toilet is less sophisticated. We traveled in a caravan before so we were prepared. It was just the two of us, we cooked a nice dinner and had wine. We were greeted by Sade, who was friendly and helpful. Our only complaint is that the lights outside the bus did not work so it was hard to grill outside. The motion activated light worked well but you had to move constantly to keep it on. Overall an adventure we will always remember."
