"Photos are way out of date and do not reflect the current poor condition of the property. Externally, both front and rear are in desperate need of a cleanup. Internally, maintenance is also needed in a host of areas, from leaky taps, to broken blinds, dodgy sliding door locks, a ceiling water leak and unsatisfactory cleaning standard. I can provide photos. We all agree that this property is being misrepresented on-line in your ads."

"Such a great place to stay. House is well appointed, beds very comfortable, dog friendly. The animals are awesome. Farm is a real working one. Alpacas, goats, cows, sheep - all very friendly. You may be lucky enough to bottle feed sone baby animals. Thanks!"

"Comfortable residence. The beach was a disappointment as it is not a swimming beach and quite rocky. Close to Penneshaw. A few small things could be done, torn flyscreen, wrong size curtains on front door but we enjoyed our stay."
