"I was shocked how poor this place was after booking it seeing a 9.4 rating on it. It's that really old motel-like vibe. I wouldn't recommend it unless it's just a convenient short overnight sleep."

"Lovely reception staff.the rooms are very big, separate bedroom h huge bathroom with Spa. 2 TVs both with Foxtel. The view from balcony at sunset over the golf course was beautiful. We ate in their restaurant and food & staff excellent. Highly recommend for a relaxing night."

"Nice location, a little road noise. Very comfortable with a nice shedded area with a table tennis table, darts and some sports equipment. The house had everything you need. Communication was great"

"The self-check in was a breeze, but our accommodation was the only one without a sign to point the way. But luckily it was in one of the front cottages so easy to find. Very basic room, but really close to Sealink ferry to KI. The frig in our room froze all our food overnight (and we got there after 7pm). Pillows were hard as rocks, but bed was fine. Their cafe is closed but they gave a great recommendation- the Cape Jervis Tavern. Recommend if you need a bite. Worst thing about our room was the black bugs in the bathroom- I counted 14 when I got up to use the facilities that night. Cleaned them up, made sure all suitcases were closed tight, and went back to bed. Sure enough more were there in the morning- although not as many. A couple also in main room. Gross!"

"A very disappointing stay as the unit had a very musty smell, was not clean, mouldy carpet, wardrobes smelt, no aircon remote for bedroom, fan in bathroom worked only very occasionally and no window, towel rail loose, no maintenance book to complete as requested by host, strange shower set up. We had to clean the exhaust fan and the window sills and under the bed ourselves. Also there were things stored in the 2nd bedroom with no wardrobe space. Good location and comfy bed though. We had"
