"We booked a ground floor room as my wife has mobility issues and Chloe called me to say all was organised but when we booked in on the Saturday afternoon was told no ground rooms were available so my wife had to struggle up and down stairs all weekend. We were told when we checked in it was bad luck for us. Staff not very helpful or friendly so we decided not to get meals at the hotel "

"Great place to stay. At least the roosters didn't wake me up at this winery. The car park though is too rocky and too small. "

"Everything was ok without being over the top. Would consider staying again but at ground level. No steps and parking outside the room."

"Inundated with upsell messages before trip. Hotel staff neither responds to emails sent or answers or returns phone calls. Staff doesn't understand being VIP property or recognizes Gold members. Shuttle service only available in the morning not for when flights arrive. Don't choose if your criteria is a shuttle service. "
