Beautiful accommodation on the water. Close to the Tasman Travel Centre for our 3hour Cruise we had pre booked. Went to the restaurant for dinner which was excellent food and wine.

Great location and view. The house was fully stocked with everthing you could need. The hosts thought of everything. Recommend this beautiful home.

Our room was spotless and with daily servicing of the room was a bonus. It was quiet with easy parking outside your door. Outside bush land/weeds wasnt the best views. Perhaps upgrade to smart TVs?

Great staff, everyone very accommodating

Kingston is about 10km from Hobart, however the hotel is just off the highway so it’s about 15mins drive to Hobart city. There’s supermarkets and restaurants on the other side of the road so very convenient. There’s also a beach in the area. The room is spacious with all amenities like kettle and cups with plates to make tea and full toiletries in the bathroom. Car parking is available and lovely staff. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff very friendly and helpful, shuttle service very handy, had dinner in restaurant which was enjoyable. Handy to airport and to the Motorhome company we used which they happily dropped us off to and picked us up on return. Would recommend this hotel for those travelling around Tassie.

This is a beautiful boutique hotel on Elizabeth Pier in Hobart. It is a superb location and close to all the tourist spots so great for exloring Hobart on foot. The staff are very friendly and helpful even during a fire evacuation. Highly recommended.

Our stay was extremely enjoyable. Nothing negative. On arrival the checkin assistant explained all about dining options in the area as well as providing us with helpful information about our planned trip to Bruny Island. The cocktail lounge is great and you can enjoy a pint overlooking the harbour. Pillow options in the room were a special treat. Breakfast is amazing and the best part is the service levels delivered by the young dark haired waitress (Savannah I think her name was) —she is...

Luxurious hotel. Beds and bed linen is superb. Staff are professional, warm and very helpful if anything required.

We stayed in a harbour-facing family suite for one week. It was a thoroughly relaxing and comfortable stay in a beautiful hotel that combined classiness with a bit of old-world charm. Spacious rooms, gorgeous view, lovely quiet location, and an easy walk to Salamanca Place as well as the awesome eateries on Hampden Road. Most importantly, Lenna provided free on-site parking. Would definitely stay again!

We were given an early check in, the room was good except the safe did not work.Exceptional service by the Reception lady Erica who was most helpful and caring. The Motel in Sandy bay was in a great position opposite the water and an easy drive to the city. Would recommend highly.

A 20 min walk to Hobart and Salamanca. Next to a liquor store. Within walking distance or 3 min drive to shops and eateries. Rooms good, clean and staff very nice. The receptionists were also great in giving tips and info.

I had travelled to Hobart for a sad family function and wanted to stay somewhere very special. I had found the hotel on a previous trip to Tasmania and was so impressed that I had always wanted to stay. The hotel is so warm and friendly and is steeped in history. The staff couldn't do enough for me and the room was beautiful. Food was fabulous anf there were lots of extra special little touches.
