"Very responsive and helpful front desk. The exterior of the motel is a little dated, but the interior seems freshly renovated and very clean, room has a nice clean laundry smell when we entered, and it seemed to be generally quiet. A lot of great restaurants were walking distance including breakfast, lunch, and dinner options. A few bodegas were just down the street as well. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back! "

"I had a great experience at this hotel while dropping my daughter off at San Jose State. Hugo checked me in and was very polite and professional, which made the process smooth and welcoming. The hotel has everything you need convenient parking, a nice rooftop area, and a solid breakfast to start the day. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we’ll definitely be back!"

"Everything was great. The homeowner was extremely helpful at check-in even though we arrived late due to our airline travel. The home was clean, and easy to manage with 4 people. The backyard was beautiful with rose bushes and and orange tree."

"Convenient location very near Santana Row. The back yard patio and arbor was a terrific place to relax. M&M were very responsive to our queries and made sure we had everything we needed. Street is a little busy, but we didn't seem to have trouble getting in and out. The light switches were kind of high tech and took some getting used to. One curious thing was that both bathrooms had motion-activated switches that cannot be disabled. Not a problem so much during the day, but were a quite unsettling when using the bathrooms through the night. We covered them with painters tape we found in the kitchen island cabinet. Problem solved. "

"My family and I stayed here for my youngest son's graduation from UC Santa Cruz. The place was perfect for our stay in many respects, it is located within walking distance from the high ends Westfield shopping center and Santana Row. The unit itself was comfortable and it had all the conveniences of home, and it's in quiet location with ample parking. Finally, Daniel (our host) was great with his communication for everything from checking in to checking out to ensuring that we were set for our stay. We will be back in the near future and I highly recommend this place for anyone traveling to San Jose. -Hugo- "
