"Very nice hotel. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They let me store my bags the first and last day, which was great. The hotel room was cozy and fairly spacious. I liked having hard floors instead of carpet because it was cleaner. The location is really great. It was close to grand central station, which made getting around the city very easy. I would not recommend staying any closer to Times Square because the closer you get, the busier and dirtier it gets. This struck a good balance between being close to the action without having to deal with the noise and grime. I’ll also note I did a lot of shopping around before settling on this hotel and the price here is very competitive compared to other nearby hotels. If I were returning to the city, I would stay here again and I recommend the hotel. "
