  • Rustic decor in a serene, quiet, dead-end. Smoking is not allowed in the home. The front porch and upstairs bedroom deck area are always lit up with chairs for you in the evening. There is a refrigerator, microwave, tea, and fresh coffee/espresso maker available in your room, along with a fresh water dispenser and ice maker. Conveniently located near the train station (a 25 min ride to NYC), 15 min from JFK Airport, with food (Amazing Pizza, Chinese food, & Deli) & laundry service up the block.

    Discover the beauty of Valley Stream from this delightful private 2nd-floor 1-bedroom of a house in a cul-de-sac. Guests will enjoy a cozy queen bed and a bathroom featuring a relaxing jetted bathtub. The space remains comfortable year-round thanks to heating and AC. Whether you want to unwind or refresh, this cool spot has you covered. Make your holiday one for the books with a stay at our place.

Husband and I needed a place to stay after a concert in the city. Getting to the location was a breeze and the place was truly lovely. Host was incredibly helpful and welcoming, and I would definitely recommend this for anyone needing something removed from the hustle and bustle.

The room is perfect for a weekend getaway for couples. It is exactly like the description - "cozy". It was ideal for what I needed, close to JFK and parking. This neighborhood surprised me. It's super quiet, away from the busy city life of NYC. Who knew?! I love it! I would definitely stay again.

Great communication, Dino is a friendly accommodating host, and the room is fun and quirky. I was largely out and about, but that terrace would be a great place to hang out and talk. The location was close to the airport and the trains, so getting around was easy. Good coffee machine! Five stars.

Dino was a fantastic host!! 100% He made sure self and my BFF was comfortable and was so kind to pick us up at Valley Stream LLRR and to the store to pick up our goodies!
