"The room was adequate, the staff were friendly. The corridor smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and the doors banging at all hours wasn’t great but for the price, it did my needs."

No heating on when I arrived so the place was freezing, I understand you don't want to have the heating on all day, but still... And finally the toilet seat was already broken and falling off. "The room was cold when we arrived and the radiators were ineffective. Fortunately it was warmer when we returned from dinner. The bureaucracy associated with online check in was excessive ie submitting passport details and photo, and precise checkin time. info from three different organisations, and lists of instructions and rules for check in and out. I like to book and turn up on the day."
