"We book the hotel, When we arrived at the hotel ,was told they had no rooms available. also they said that they couldn’t find our booking , then said that something may be available at a different hotel, when looked at the place there was no suitable parking . Also the man had not been able to confirm with the hotel, They now say there was a room and have kept our money."

"When we got in the room , at first glance nice and tidy we never inspected room thoroughly on day two my wife went to turn radiator down and there was a used condom behind it we were horrified, when we told reception she turned to us smiling and said sorry. This is only one of several major faults with this doss house we shall never return to. It makes me and my wife sick at the thought of us sleeping in it."

"It was not great the first day, the carpet was so dirty and it just bought the general feeling down. However I noticed that the next day when I returned to flat, the flat had been cleaned and it felt a little better. The hallway to the apartment was dirty too. I am not sure who cleans it but it can be off putting. Musty smell through out the building like someone had been smoking in the hall ways and no one opened the windows there after Shops a little way off but if you have 30 minutes you can walk to them. If its cold or rainy which it was the next morning, maybe not. Staff at reception were friendly enough However."

"Room was comfortable. Parking outside hotel available and an easy 15 min walk into the town centre. Only thing was the noise from other guests as you can hear everyone come and go and there were kids running around the corridor until 1am on my first night."

"Location on the map is wrong. No emails received with instructions. WiFi not working. TV functioning but no connected to any aerial or Internet, so not working. No heating on when I arrived so the place was freezing, I understand you don't want to have the heating on all day, but still... And finally the toilet seat was already broken and falling off. I do not write bad reviews a lot, but I thought I should write one so other people know what to expect... "
