"Superb stay! Welcome and instructions were great. The room and Beachouse and breakfast area were really nicely decorated and inviting. Breakfast both service and food were first class. We will definitely be back when the sun is shining. An absolute Gem! "

It was annoying to have the pool maintainence man arrive unanounced during the nicest afternoon weather and take the pool out of action"

"Cracking spot overlooking a nature reserve next to the sea on a small private estate. Bifold doors to upstairs patio provided an excellent view and stars on the clear night We were there over the easter weekend eating both in and out while there pubs and restaurants were nearby and could be easily walked to. Beach was close and easily accessible as was the promenade. It was chilly at night and whilst the heating easily stopped it from being cold it was fresh in the downstairs bedrooms even when upstairs living area was baking. We struggled to open all of the windows and the freezer needed to be defrosted there was no hope of getting the ice tray out. Shower was good, oven handled easter dinner well. Place was really clean but the sofa had been clearly had drinks spilled on it the past and could do with a proper deep clean to remove all trace of it. All in all a very nice place but a bit of love would help make it stellar."
