Lovely room clean & tidy ,had a lovely stay there , the tap in bathroom was so slow took a while to get hot , but that was all that was wrong , would recommend this place to all my friends

Very nice stay, room well furnished and stocked with shower gel, tea/coffee and snacks. Fridge in room also. About 10 minutes walk from the station. Would stay again for sure.

Had a really nice overnight stay. Room was clean and spacious. Had a fridge and microwave in too. Bed was comfy, and the owners are very friendy and welcoming. There is a small free car park outside, but we noted if this was full there is a pay car park directly opposite we could use. They provide a nice basic breakfast of buns and Tea cakes!. If you want a hot breakfast there is a food shack 2 min walk away on the Beech front and places in town about 15 min walk away for food, which they kindly leave a folder in your room to where they are. Excellent budget price stay.

Good value for money for room-only accommodation

We booked this accommodation for a 1-night stay on a room-only basis. The owner was very helpful when we checked in. The room was well equipped with tea/coffee facilities and really nice biscuits & nibbles were provided. The property has been recently refurbished, so everything is clean, fresh, comfortable and in good working order. There are no bedrooms on the ground floor, so it is necessary to carry your luggage up a flight of stairs. There was a free parking bay available outside the front of the property, when we arrived, so that was great for us. The property is well located near the promenade and the town centre for eating places and bus routes. Good value for money.
