"Hi, you had to change our hotel to the Queens Hotel as the Royal beach couldn't book us due to unforeseen circumstances whatever that means, however the Queens Hotel and staff were excellent, got a welcome pack for the dog, and they get 11/10, so cant comment or review the Royal beach"
