"The only fault was with the window insulation in room 502. The strip of insulation material had come away, so we were able to hear noise from outside. We forgot to report this to reception, so please forward this to the hotel. Thank you."

Florence House Hotel & Restaurant

Florence House Hotel & Restaurant

8/10 Good
"A lovely little hotel a couple of minutes walk away from the beach and 10 minutes walk from the theatre and restaurants. Staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable … quite a small bathroom but fine for a night’s stay. It was quite warm in the room and we couldn’t open one of the windows as the latch was broken. To be fair I don’t think the staff were aware of the problem until we mentioned it. A fan had already been provided in the room. But really we have no complaints and would definitely stay again. Oh and a lovely little restaurant at the property."
