Room was nice and clean. My stay was during a heatwave so room was too hot (no a/c) however a fan was provided which was helpful. Breakfast was good. A few upgrades would have made it excellent (e.g. something besides "basic" bread and bottles of ketchup rather than just an open bowl of it on the side). Staff were very pleasant ad helpful. Nice and close to Royal Dockyard and Gunwharf Quays

This is a wonderful place to stay. The location is perfect! The rooms are spotless, comfortable and nicely decorated. This hotel is excellent value. Highly recommend it.

The reception was lovely. We were in the west wing, the rooms were very tired and need doing up, though they were clean and thats important, the hotel is in the process of of a makeover in the west wing area but that just seemed to be the corridors, hopefully the rooms will follow. No fridge in the room which is a shame as the room was spacious and could've accommodated one. They need air con in the rooms as it was unbearable getting ready , you needed a shower again straight after getting dry as it was so hot even with a small portable fan. The breakfast was alright. Reception staff were lovely, very helpful. Location was great for the historic dockland area and a 10 min walk to Gunwarth Quays. Limited parking bays, so be aware of that. It's great if you're on a budget.

The hotel in certain area’s is being renovated which didn’t effect our stay even though we had to pass through part of it to get to our room . Wasn’t a problem. Our room was immaculately kept . Housekeeping would have extra work to do keeping areas clean but they are keeping on top of it . Well done . Breakfast was great with a good choice . I managed to get parked on the front which was handy . We had an excellent stay . Would definitely stay there again.
