"My biggest issue with staying at the hotel was the level of noise. I came here to rest after a long day. 10 minutes after I enter my room I heard constant screams from the hallway. I opened my door and saw a bunch of kids screaming their head off and running through the corridor. I called the front desk and asked to send someone to take care of the situation. It DID NOT HELP! The running and screaming persisted. I called again and the answer I got was "I talked to them. They are running races...". I didn't realize that I rented a room on a race track. My second issue, I booked the room well in advance and asked for the highest floor of the hotel. Then called again a couple of days before and made sure that the hotel has my request. When I registered, I got the 3rd floor rather than the 4th. I was told that "this is all we have". I said I requested it well in advance, but that was not honored. That, combined with the running and screaming made me very upset."

"What a great cabin on a beautiful property, hosted by wonderful hosts. Kevin and Allison were accommodating, helpful, considerate, and friendly. The cabin was cozy, very well stocked and supplied, and super clean. Beautiful in summer and winter. I'd come back any time, and would recommend to any singles, small group of friends or family, or couples!"

"Our room was really clean and spacious. The staff at the front desk were really friendly upon check in and check out. There was a local hockey tournaments in the area and the hotel was quite full and noisy. The staff that checked us in kindly switched us to a floor different from the hockey families. "
