"Had a great view of the opera house, bed was comfy except it seemed to be two smaller beds combined to form a king so sleeping directly in the center was uncomfortable. Bathroom was nice, hot shower and hot tub were great. Breakfast was very accommodating with a great view of the harbor. However, it seems the best time to go was at the start time when the staff weren’t overburdened with drink orders and cleaning tables. "
"All the staff were incredible - friendly, helpful, happy to give advice and have a chat while waiting. Can not fault anyone or anything, our stay was perfect!"
"Definitely a luxurious hotel with extremely comfortable and plush beds. My husband has back issues and this is one of the main reasons why we keep coming back to this hotel. We are here three times this year and each stay is about a week. Almost every staff member is outstanding in terms of being friendly, approachable and meeting your needs and beyond. We will definitely be back in 2026."
"Meriton Suites Sussex Street is a fantastic property! We stayed in a one-bedroom apartment, which was spacious, modern, and very comfortable. The staff were attentive and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location is excellent, close to the business district and just a short walk to Darling Harbour, with plenty of dining and attractions nearby. It has everything you need for a great vacation. I would definitely return if I have the chance!"
