For my first time at the hotel, I had to check myself in because no one offered to help me; and when I asked for assistance finding my room, a hotel employee answered me rudely. The staff assumes that we, as guests, should know how to check ourselves in and find our rooms without any assistance from the hotel employees. The employees need training on how to provide customer service, because it is terrible."
