"Stayed here for a weekend trip. The customer service is horrible. They DO NOT accommodate their guests when the rooms are not ready for check in. The pool area both interior and exterior smells like sewage, the smell is absolutely horrible. If they can retrain their employees on great customer and get rid of the horrible sewage smell, the hotel won’t be that bad."

"Owners are clearly cutting corners everywhere. The facility hours are laughable. For example the gym is only open form 7am-4pm. The pool shuts down at 5pm.Had big roaches flying around in the room at night. The air conditioner didn't function. the showers were awful. The bathroom plumbing was noisy and unreliable. Worst hotel/resort experience that I've ever had in Las Vegas."

"Our room was not clean. While the linens were all fresh, it didn’t look like anything else had been done. The toilet had a clump of hair on it (as well as a toilet seat that looked like it had been there for twenty years), the shower had a razor cover from a previous guest, and chunks of hair in the shower and tub drains. The shower actually wouldn’t drain so I had to call for help - I mentioned to the desk person about the cleanliness of the room as well and she offered no apology. Just said that someone would be up to address the drain. Dave, the maintenance man who came up to fix it was super friendly and awesome - but I would have of course preferred to not have needed his services. The hotel itself (casino floor) was really nice and felt updated and chic. I also liked the location of the hotel. All in all, I would not stay here again due to the room’s lack of cleanliness."

"Room was clean, but all basic things are not free, you have to pay for everything, not like other hotels. Internet is bad, interrupt multiple times and only allow 2 devices. Water, lotion, soap, tool brush or all personal stuffs are too expensive inside hotel, if you can step outside by corner which 100ft away, price is less than 1/4 or 1/5 at CVS store"

"Great hotel but rooms are never ready until later in the evening (6-7 pm) and there was a constructions this time so I could hear constructions noise from my room. Staff were great!"

"No in room hygiene like shower cap, q-tip, nail file or make up wipes which surprised me. In room coffee was not included and very expensive through the mini bar. Room was very nice, staff was helpful, and I appreciated being able to hold my bags after checkout for free vs at the Convention Center."

"Yes - but got lost a lot in the floor plan and the food was expensive. Also much darker inside than other casinos."
