"We had reserved 2 suites. One for my wife and me, the second for my son and his wife. Our room is the subject of my comments here. Upon arrival we found the suite to have the doorknob hanging off the door to the bathroom. When we moved the door to open it, the knob fell off. We proceeded to hang our clothes in the closet adjacent to a little dressing table. The door to the closet would not stay open and closed itself. When trying to use the dressing table, the closet door would bang into the back of the chair. Using the shower water/temp control valve was a little concerning as the valve was loose and seemed about to fall off. We notified the maintenance office who sent a person to address these issues. He did fix the bathroom door handle. Their idea of repairing the closet door was to wedge a stop under the door while it was wide open. During our stay it seemed that nobody ever adjusted/repaired/replaced the shower control, and it remained loose for the duration of our stay. While the hotel is supposed to be non smoking, our room had the faint lingering odor of cigarette/cigar smoke. I would have expected more of a Cesar's property. I guess next time we will visit an MGM property like the "non -smoking" MGM Park hotel."

"The room was perfect, the pool and pool staff were great. The bartenders in the casino could be a little friendlier but whatever it’s Vegas. My only Complaint really is that I requested house keeping but didn’t get it. Good value for the price and location for sure."

"The rooms are looking a bit dated now and would benefit from a refurbishment. Thick dust on the light shades and the towels are wearing thin. Disappointed that I stayed over a week and my sheets didn't get changed in that time too. The housekeeping also threw my personal shower gel and cloth out so had to buy some more but the Manager did reimburse me for these."

"we had a great time at the resort, the only disappointing thing was that the walkway to the sphere was closed and there was quite a few homeless /vagrant people hanging out on the sidewalk to get there. not a pleasant sight to see them picking thru the garbage. but the resort is great. food is amazing. room was spacious/ clean . we will be back again."

"The MGM was a decent place to stay. It is a nice location for accessing the strip but definitely more to one end than the other. The walking takes time, but it's also a welcomed option for keeping active while away. The room was comfortable. We did arrive to find pee on the toilet and missing a few items- likely they were switching to the next guests. It all got sorted. The blinds had come off the track so that was frustrating. But the bed was comfortable- pillows were lumpy and hard to get comfortable with. The pool line starts early so ensure you get there in time so that when it opens, you can get chairs. I saw people with snacks one day so I brought my own the next. I got denied entry and had to take them back to my room. So, either some people don't have issues, some are sneaking them in, or it depends on who you get searching your bag- be aware! Also, some staff at the pool shared we had access to all the pool hotels associated. This is not true!!! We tried to go to Mandalay Bay and were denied and told there would be charge. Each hotel has their own pool and people only have access to there. I wish the information being shared had been accurate because we trusted the staff. Stick with your own pool and if you want to go elsewhere, just stay there. "
