"Amazing hotel beautiful location, lovely grounds. The staff were really lovely and helpful, with everything they gave us a map to Harry Potter as the hotel is a Perfect location if you are visiting the Warner brothers studio. It’s a 20 minute walk or 5 minute taxi ride for £6. There is Nothing else in the area to do, however, you can visit the town of Watford, which is a 10minute taxi ride away £10. Lots of pubs and restaurants "

"We booked this hotel as a pit stop for our trip to London. We have been before and have had a completely different experience this time. Upon arrival we were greeted with blank stares and no smiles. Something I’d describe as the opposite of a warm welcome. Staff were unwelcoming which made us incredibly uncomfortable. The room was fine overall. We were shocked to have a knock at our door at 8am asking for us to stop stamping our feet. To the staffs surprise, we were not stomping our feet at all. It was our one year old daughter doing her normal child activities 10 minutes after she had woken up. This has genuinely confused us as the hotel must be child friendly due to us stating we were travelling with a child. Overall, we were disappointed with this visit and will not be returning. "

"The staff were amazing when my daughter who has autism couldn't settle in the room. They found us an alternative room with seperate beds and where she could have the window open all night. (IYKYK) The breakfast was plentyful with many options and cooked to perfection. We found the location quiet with many amenities local to the hotel should you need them. Warner Bros Harry potter Studio only a short distance away, so was perfect for our visit. Would recommend this great value, clean and welcoming hotel. Only negative, the mattress was too hard for us.......but that's just how it is when staying away from home, and missing your own bed slightly 😁"

"This is poorly cleaned.I found some under wear from a previous customer left in the room looking dirty and horibly left.after the bed looked changed and shinny. This is embarrasing and made me feel sick and horrible. I complained but my room was not changed, the underwear was taken away but nothing else was done.never seen this before,disturbing scene indeed"

"My very large room was spotlessly clean and the carpet looked new. I had two good nights sleep. Window had opaque glass and when I opened it there was a small yard but I wasn't there for the view so it wasn't important. I was really pleased it was an 'accessible' room as I recently had a hip replacement so rhe wet room and rails were ideal for me. TV didnt work in room but a complimentary G&T instead was fine. Watched TV in lounge area instead. Staff couldn't be more helpful. especially James who was on reception. when I arrived"
