"This places is ok. First i would like to saying that description on the web is in correct to stay here is in basement and that's not mention in the website. Second rooms furniture was not clean like it has to be, third in all of the house their were only one trash can and that's in the kitchen only, fouth food was left behind in refrigerator and it was smelling really bad for few minutes we couldn't breathe in that room. "A very enjoyable stay in the heart of Kitchener. Parking is not included but the municipal parking directly outside the window was helpful. So quiet despite being right downtown. The heat pump is genius, and we appreciated the AC so much when it was in the 30's over the weekend. Comfortable bed, and everything worked as posted. Thanks!"
