The walk from the parking area to the house was a challenge for an older person with no pathway, and clumpy grass patches on heavily pitted soil were difficult to negotiate in the dark. The kitchen was well equipped and the host kindly provided breakfast supplies. It was the most comfortable bed I have slept in for a long time and a large king size. The bathroom is tiny and lacks enough vanity space to hold toilet bag and clean clothes, or hooks...

"We enjoyed our stay for my mums 80th B ’day, however a few disappointing things. •No coffee pods – pleaser don’t offer a coffee machine and then don’t offer pods. Advise to bring some if you don’t supply but for the price you should be offered pods, especially as there is also nowhere close to grab a coffee in the morning and offering instant coffee sachets is cheap and nasty and cheapens your home.•The lawn was so full of bindi’s the kids could not play on it.
