"All round good"

"One person manning the bar and handling check-in. The poor girls were struggling. First was given a room eight across from the lifts which have a noisy chime when they open. The staff did change our room however the shower drain had a bad smell which permeated the room. Towels in the room were torn. Reception hung up the phone before even answering. Breakfast was hearty. Compliments to the chef on the scrambled eggs. Buttery and runny and well seasoned. Housekeeping was a let down, they changed the towels but left the rubbish and did not even clean the teacups. Overall way overpriced for an Express hotel. "

Room was a reasonable size and quality, though a little bit expensive for the amenities and inclusions. Breakfast was great, it was offered at check-in for a reduced fee if accepted during the check-in process, which we did."

"Very clean and spacious hotel in a desirable yet quiet part of the city. Concert venues were nearby and easy to get to. Lots of things to do in the area such as shop and eat plenty. Had no issues whatsoever apart from there being no microwave in our room, but otherwise an exceptional stay with amazing staff. "

"The beds were extremely uncomfortable rock hard and the pillows were the opposite completely soft. It’s actually really disappointed with the beds unexpected from a crown Plaza."

"We recently stayed at Nesuto Apartment Hotel Pennant Hills for 7 nights. While the apartment itself was spacious and the rooms were a good size for our stay, there were several issues that impacted our experience. Unfortunately, our room was not serviced at all during the week. Towels were never changed, and we had to call and request clean ones while the used towels remained on the bathroom floor for the entire stay. This was disappointing and not what we expected from a hotel stay. The windows were locked, which meant we had no access to fresh air or ventilation. Additionally, the dishwasher was dirty upon arrival. The buttons were visibly filthy and could have used a proper disinfectant clean to remove the built-up grime. On a positive note, although reception calls are directed through a call centre, the response to our requests was prompt once we made contact. Overall, the apartment was comfortable in terms of space, but improvements in housekeeping and cleanliness would significantly enhance the guest experience."
