I have to state from the outset that due to a mix uo in my behalf I arrived 7 days early.
It was all downhill from there.
The receptionist was very surly but found s room for me. It cost me $20 for him to spend 60 seconds on his keyboard to acieve that. A pretty good hourly rate to help a customer out.
I went down to my roiom and opened cupboard to find some coffee onky to find it was jam packed with empty drink cans, beer bottles and take away food containers. Back up to see surky man and was told he would get the cleaner on to it. This was at 2.30 pm with check in being from 2 pm onwards.
I told him that the room should have been ready as I had first arrived at 10 am which gave him 4 hours to ensure the room was ready for occupation.
The towels were grubby, the room was grubby, and the outdoor area would have looked over the river, IF the grass in front if the area had been cut to at least knee high.
Do yourself a favour and stay at the mitel across the road.
