"I came for a week from the US to visit my daughter who's studying in Florence for a semester. Her study abroad advisor recommended the Social Hub. The location was great - walking distance to her school (SRISA), SMN train station, etc. The coffeemaker in the room was a big plus for me; the hot water pot was a nice bonus. We had the buffet breakfast once - delicious. Room was clean. Property was lovely and clean. Staff were courteous and helpful -- called a taxi for me back to the airport which arrived in minutes."
"Great staff, wonderfully appointed and great area outside the hustle but still filled with great spots to eat and drink. The area also seems to attract local students and that keeps it young and vibrant.

"The minute I/we walked in, we were in awe. Very bright and well maintained.
The room was spacious and comfortable. The view into the garden was breathtaking.
The staff, were all genuinely friendly, thoughtful and helpful.
The breakfast buffet was perfect, and always plentiful. Endless cups of beverages. The bartenders, in the evening, were helpful to provide the relaxation that came in the favorite drink.
The location of Hotel Orto Dell Medici is conveniently out of heavy tourist traffic but close to attractions: San Marcos Museum, The Accademia Gallery - home of the statue of David, and more."
"The service and hospitality that the staff provided. Shout out to the senior gentleman who wears a spectacle, he was so attentive and ensure our stay was smooth. Also the lady who was wears a red glasses, very friendly.
The breakfast spread was also a delight with wide varieties options. A great start of the day after the breakfast.
Thanks for the welcoming gift and making our stay memorable. "
