They have staff taking care of all your needs. It’s nice to be away from the hyper modern non personal touch world for a few nights. I highly recommend !"

"Excellent breakfast, friendly staff and modern vibes. Location is convenient for public transportation but just at the edge of old city walls, so a 20 minute walk to centro. Good local restaurants very close nearby. No room service and need to go into hall for hot coffee/tea. "

"Our air conditioner didn't work, so I wouldn't recommend this place for summer. We opened the window but that just lets in mosquitoes. That said, this is a great value place to stay in Florence that's central, with very friendly staff, clean beds and rooms. Sound-proof windows, too. It didn't block out the screaming teenagers, but that's not the hotel's fault. Just rowdy kids. We'd stay again, for sure. "
