"Very nice room we stayed in, with decent bathroom and shower. Very clean, and comfortable. Excellent location for seeing the sights.
Not easily accessible by car if you're driving, so watch out. The host was very helpful and made our stay and welcome pleasant."

"The entire experience at the hotel was great. The staff was perfect, the room always clean and fridge always full. The spa was a nice time too. Pretty close walk to all the attractions "
"I traveled with my family. Although the hotel is located about a 15–20 minute walk from the main attractions in the city center, it is worth it.
Here’s why:
1. The hotel lobby is staffed 24 hours a day.
2. The staff were very helpful and stored our luggage both before check-in and after check-out.
3. Mohamad and Marianne (I may be forgetting the exact names) at the front desk were extremely helpful in resolving my rental car issue with Hertz in Sorrento.
4. The room was clean and modern, and housekeeping came every day.
5. It was very quiet at night—no loud tourists or traffic noise.
6. The rainfall shower had perfect water pressure, and the hot water was truly hot—not the tinny drizzle and lukewarm water we experienced in other hotels in Italy.
I wish the hotel would consider replenishing the two free water bottles every day."
"Gorgeous hotel, within steps from David’s statue, clean and beautiful hotel, superb staff, delicious breakfast in what used to be Florence’s Parliament Hall. Absolutely recommend it. If any hotel has earned a 5 star review, it is Bernini Palace Hotel. "
"This is a great hotel in the center of everything in Florence. The staff was clear and efficient, the room was comfortable and beautiful in an understated way and the balcony on our second floor room gave us a terrific view of the street. I would recommend this hotel."
"The front desk staff was great making recommendations on restaurant while we were waiting for our room to be ready and storing our bags. The breakfast staff were also great. Our room was clean and very nice. We were at the far end so the wifi signal wasn't great. They took great care of us. "
