Easy access, wonderful location far enough from the excitement and noisy down town but close enough to walk to the sites. Front staff was helpful with recommendations and calling a taxi for us.
LOVED the room we stayed in!!! Facilities were beautiful and comfortable 😍 Self checkin was smooth and great communication. Wish the location was closer to city attractions but easy to find cabs or walk
Wonderful location for visiting Florence, about a 15-20 minute walk to the Dumo, Market Centrale etc. clean room and wonderful communication from Serena. There isn’t usually a staffed front desk person, but the staff is very attentive. Would stay here again! The cafe next door, Principe is GREAT for coffee, Aperol spritz and a quick snack!
This property location was great! The room was well kept up we appreciated the thoroughness of the room service.
The location of the property was perfect! It was close to various restaurants and a nice walk to the train sation. It was also close to the grand central market and the Basilica of Santa Croce. Not to mention, it was right next to a nice little bar with friendly staff. 😀
Room recently renovated so was very clean, location is in the centre and very convenient to go around florence. Lady in the front desk was very kind and helpful.
Would recommend it for sure.
Serena was extremely helpful! It’s conveniently located between 2 tram stops & you can take the tram from the airport for less than 2€! This place is about a mile walk from the Duomo, which is great for me but something to consider. Personally, I liked that it was a little bit away from the more congested touristy spots. The room was very clean, with vaulted ceilings and an effective air conditioner. The blackout shutters were FANTASTIC! With them closed, my friend and I did not know if it was day or night. :) There’s a great lil coffee bar right next door that kept me sufficiently hydrated and caffeinated.
The hotel is well-maintained and is walking distance from many restaurants and attractions. The front desk was very rarely staffed so it was hard to get help or ask questions.
The hotel was a bit of the beaten bath, but the area was very quiet and not too busy. The help desk was very courteous and answered all of our concerns. They even helped out with calling a taxi when we overslept on the day of our flight. They came in clutch! Would definitely recommend

Our room was clean and the location was about a 15 minute walk from a lot of the major landmarks. The hosts were helpful through WhatsApp and did a nice refresh cleaning of our room. The air conditioning in the room was also the best we’ve had in Italy so far!!
We had a quite an issue however, with the water pressure in our shower. We were only staying for two nights, so didn’t feel the need to mention it to the hosts as it wouldn’t impact us for too long.
But, while showering we often experienced the water completely losing pressure, so much so that we thought we had accidentally turned the water off. It would eventually come back, but it was never very strong to begin with. This made showering a little difficult.
The property is centrally located with a nice cafe downstairs for morning coffee and pastries. The rooms were fine but the bathrooms were lacking with respect to the showers being very small and there being nowhere to place toiletries etc. The proprietors were very available via WhatsApp and were very helpful. The wifi wasn’t reliable at the time of our stay.
Room was very nice and clean. Beds were hard and definitely like a bed & breakfast no one at the front desk. We paid extra for breakfast but due to construction and holidays no cafés were opened. Location had limited restaurants in the area. It is nice if you want a very quiet place to stay with a room with tall ceilings and equally tall vintage wooden shutters; nice ambiance that’s not too expensive.
