We spend 4 nights here. Odette was reachable, helpful and responsive to all questions. Check in was seamless even after hours and check out was simple. Very quiet street, 20 -25min walk to the city centre. Tram stop from Santa Maria Novella station was so close by. Only suggestion would be for them to add a mattress topper for a more comfortable sleep. Bed was too firm for us.

It was freezing cold in the room, asked for an extra blanket or a duvet, and even the possibility to turn on the AC. But there was no Will to help me out despite the fact that we communicated on whatsapp, but then I was ghosted. Had to sleep with my clothes on. Very dissapointing as it could have been a nice stay in a cozy room.

Positive points : internal parking but limited and your car may be blocked by other residents Well equipped rooms the furniture was like 5 stars hotels . Negative points: The AC doesn't work properly, it was really hot there . The lady that did the check in knocked our door strongly and told me that i have change the parking of my car i understand but she spoke loudly with me and this was really disrespectful from her .

Litet rum men väldigt fint och rent. Nära till spårvagnen som tar dig till stan snabbt. Nu checkade vi in efter check in tid och träffade inte personalen, men jag hade önskat mer info om vad som gällde kring frukost (i skrift eller på plats). Hade också uppskattat vattenflaskor i rummet.

Très jolie maison superbement décoré. Chambre spacieuse, propre, jolie. Dommage que le petit-déjeuner ne soit fait que de produit premier prix/hard discount, certes pas cher (10€), mais pas digne du standing de cette belle demeure.

Het verblijf was top. We hadden wat reisproblemen en daar ging ze heel inlevend en goed mee om. Heel fijn verblijf op 25 min loopafstand van het centrum (of korter met de tram). De omgeving is rustig en het verblijf en de parkeerplaats is met een hek beveiligd.

Best Choice

Very nice and homely B&B, it is only 15 mins walk from Florence city centre. Parking is also available on-site if you inform them about it, they where also so kind to let us leave the car in the private car park after we checked out as we wanted to go for some brunch in town. The rooms are clean and beautiful looking, we will definitely return as we loved it!

Wunderschöne und zentrale Unterkunft

Ein wunderschönes Haus und eine sehr nette Gastgeberin empfing uns. Eine sehr zentral gelegene Unterkunft mit Parkmöglichkeit auf einem abgeschlossenen und nicht einsehbaren Hinterhof. Das Frühstück war für italienische Verhältnisse gut. Einziges Manko war die extrem winzige Dusche in unserem Zimmer - vermutlich für kleine und sehr schlanke Italiener konzipiert :-)

Perfect for a city trip

Me and my girlfriend felt very comfortable in the accommodation. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. It would be very great that we had a free parking space in front of the accommodation. Furthermore the location is perfect one is very fast in the city.

Amazing Service & great location

A great find - we stayed for 2 nights and the owner & property manager are so accommodating. We arrived at 9:30pm and they didn't mind at all. It was safe, clean, and the rooms were modern and comfortable. I would definitely recommend. I would advise letting them know about dietary requirements before you arrive, for breakfast!
