"Our stay at TMS Hotel in Da Nang was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, every member of the staff welcomed us with such warmth and kindness. Their friendliness and genuine care made a lasting impression on us. We stayed for 11 nights, and throughout our entire visit the team went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. They were always cheerful, attentive, and incredibly helpful. By the end of our stay, we no longer felt like guests — we felt like part of the family. We are especially grateful to the staff who took the time to teach us a little about Vietnamese culture and even some of the language. Those small moments meant so much to us and made our experience even more special. The breakfast buffet was amazing every morning, with so many delicious options to enjoy. We also loved the spa — it was relaxing, professional, and a wonderful way to unwind during our stay. This visit is something we will remember forever, and we owe so much of that to the wonderful people at TMS Hotel. Thank you for making our time in Da Nang feel like home. We are already looking forward to our next visit — hopefully very soon."

"We stayed here for six nights and had a wonderful experience. The room was large, well-appointed, very comfortable, and exceptionally quiet. The bed was comfortable and the room had all the amenities we needed. The location was fantastic and made it easy to enjoy everything nearby. What truly stood out, however, was the service and the management team. I had a minor issue during our stay—something I honestly didn’t expect to be addressed. I simply sent a quick email so they would be aware of it for future guests. To my surprise, the management team went above and beyond to ensure our stay was spectacular. It’s very rare for a larger company to have management that is this proactive and genuinely committed to making sure their guests have a great experience. The way they handled the situation more than made up for the small issue. Kudos to both the staff and the management team for being absolutely amazing."

"The 3BR Villa was nice and spacious but had maintenance issues. The flooring was uneven and creaky, and when we checked in late afternoon/early evening the air conditioning in the master bedroom and main living room were not functional. After maintenance worked on it for an hour the bedroom AC was working but not at full capacity, and the living room AC couldn't be fixed. The bedroom temperature wasn't comfortable until after 11PM. This caused a fair bit of inconvenience and discomfort, we had young children who had trouble sleeping due to the heat. The living room AC wasn't able to be fixed during our stay. Management was responsive, apologetic, and helpful but at the end of the day wasn't able to offer us an agreeable solution to compensate for not providing a villa in full working condition. They offered to change to an equivalent villa after 2 nights, we declined as it meant packing and unpacking for 9 people. After a lot of back and forth the best they could do for us was various resort credits and services with a total face value of about $150CAD. This was a pretty small amount compared to the rate of the villa. Other than that the property was quite pleasant."
