The hosts are still working out some kinks in the place - cleaning wasn’t perfect, dryer not working great, shower handle kept falling off - but actively worked to fix these problems when we brought them up. "Booked this hotel as it was located next to universal studios. Was a great option could use the shuttle or only a 10 min walk. All the staff we interacted with were great! Only down side was the weird tiling on the shower floor. Hurts the feet a bit !"
