"Terrific location in Venice. Staff were very friendly and offered helpful information when inquired. Appreciated the convenience of staying in this part of Venice including the walkability to less crowded areas or staying on the main path around the city. Very easy stroll from the train station. "

"Had a great stay here. Room was large. Ample closet space for two people. Cute outdoor garden area and small rooftop bar. And the location is a few steps from the sant angelo vaporetto line so you dont have to lug luggage around. Staff was very attentive and helped arrange an early AM airport water taxi. Our aircon worked fine and the hotel didnt feel dated. "

"The hotel was located by the Spanish Steps but the most important was this hotel had transfers from the airport plus transfer service to the cruise ports. That was most important. Rooms were spotless, bathrooms were upgraded. Excellent in all areas"

"I thought the location was excellent and the fact that the water taxi pulls right up to the door so if you need to go anywhere buy water taxi it’s available. Staff was excellent. The hotel was clean. The food was amazing and they had an awesome view on the rooftop"
