"There was a mix up with this property. They don’t take Credit Cards, only cash. The proprietor was very kind and accommodating and made an exception. The unit was on the 4th and 5th floor, no elevator which is typical for this area. Nonetheless, it was a long hike with our luggage. There were several things in the unit that were either not working or needed repair. They took care of them quickly. "Great place to stay in Split. Near Supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Area has a very “local” feel with prices for food and drink in the area being much cheaper than in the old town. Facilities were lovely with plenty of room for our stay. Communication with Sandra was excellent, she was there to meet us and very helpful with advice and tips and a complimentary bottle of wine. Would stay again in this lovely apartment."

"My husband and I stayed in Split for two nights. The apartment was very clean and well stocked! Frane had water both sparkling and distilled, cookies, oranges, and bananas for us. It is conveniently located to the palace. It was just a few minutes walk. Frane Meadows early to allow us to put our luggage inside the apartment so we didn't have to carry it around all day. He even helped us arrange for a cab when we left. He is a wonderful house who communicates very well. I would highly recommend a...

"Very nice, clean and comfortable accommodation. It has small kitchen with enough cooking equipments. Located five mins walk from bus terminal so perfect for travelers. A few problems were that we found some used towels in the wardrobe and we could not watch TV for any sec during our two nights stay, some words in Croatian was on screen but we don’t understand the language so could do nothing. Despite the drawbacks, overall very nice accommodation."

My only complaint was the dryer taking quite a long time to dry clothes but other than that, definitely worth every dime. Recommend travel to Omiš for water/land excursions (15 minutes away). "

"The location was perfect for me. Super close to the old city and walking distance to the ferry port. It is essentially a small studio apartment. The only draw back for me was having to carry my luggage up all the stairs. Not a big problem as I was travelling relatively light and only had to tote it up and down once."
