Nice room .....shame about the breakfast.....

Very nice room with a good sized well apointed bathroom approx 20 mins walk from the main town or the nearest beach. The only dissapointing thing was the breakfast. Coffee bar next door with a bakery and local market also very close.

Room was spartan. Issue was mainly with the food of the breakfast buffet: just plain bad. Coffee was not drinkable. And the dinner buffet we paid for we couldn’t even order tap water? Crazy

Das Hotel war sehr gut, sauber und ordentlich. Die Lage war perfekt und alles war leicht erreichbar. Der Besitzer war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit – sogar als wir spät angekommen sind, hat er uns herzlich empfangen. Ich war sehr zufrieden und würde das Hotel auf jeden Fall wieder wählen. 🌸

Rom av god kvalitet for pris. Roomservice hver dag med nye håndduker, såpe, Sjampo osv. Frokosten er ikke for å skryte av men den er grei for meg som reiste alene. Frokosten ble ofte tom hvis du ikke var der innen første time, samt utvalget var ikke så stort. Lite bråk i området og aircondition som fungerte bra.

Stadthotel mit Überraschung

Wir waren drei Nächte hier und angenehm Überrascht. Freundliches Personal, sehr schönes Zimmer, etwas kleiner Frühstücksraum. Aber alles in Allem ein angenehmer Aufenthalt. Hier darf man sich von äußeren Erscheinungen nicht täuschen lassen. Uns hat's gefallen.

Grande chambre, confortable et moderne. Bon petit-déjeuner. Personnel arrangeant lors de notre arrivée tardive (nous avions prévenu). Parking gratuit et facile aux alentours. L'hôtel est à 30 min à pied du centre. Un bon séjour !

Really lovely accommodation. Nicely decorated throughout. The staff couldn’t do enough for you! If there was something you particularly wanted at breakfast they’d do their best to get it for you! Excellent service and very friendly too. Only a small property but I’d recommend staying here in Split. Good location for the beach and for the bus to get down into the Old Town. We would definitely stay here again!

EXCELENTE OPCION EN SPLIT !!

Habitación confortable, cómoda, amplia con todo lo necesario para una estadía agradable. Desayuno completo y variado. Personal amable y amigable. A sólo 20 minutos caminando hasta el Palacio de Diocleciano. En definitiva una excelente opción a tener en cuenta.

Etablissement situé à 20 minutes à pied du centre historique, très bien desservi en bus de ligne. Une clientèle plutôt anglophone mais qui peut aussi intéresser la clientèle francophone car à l'accueil se trouve un institut développement différentes activités, beauté, massage, clinique dentaire etc...A l'étage il y a quelques chambres spacieuses, propres avec un beau design. Le seul petit bémol. La salle du breakfast qui se trouve sur le même palier, petite et un peu bruyante pour les voyageurs qui dorment encore.

A hidden gem!

Very clean and modern room and bathroom, with good breakfast facilities. Doesn’t look much from the outside but once inside, it was lovely. The staff were so helpful and very friendly. We only stayed one night, having travelled around Croatia, and booked in here for our last night. Would highly recommend as a base if staying in Split.

This is actually 7 rooms with a small eating area on the first floor of an apartment building in a residential area approx. 30 minutes walk from the tourist area. The pictures are far more appealing than the reality. On the first night we had a very noisy restaurant adjoining that kept us awake until 3am. Spoke to the desk, they said it was a new restaurant but could not guarantee no sound. We decided to leave early and the day manager said we would receive a credit for the balance of our booking. The following day a different manager, most brusque and unfriendly informed us that she was charging us in full for our booking despite the committment the previous day from Sylvia. The conversation got a bit heated, but I had been in touch with hotels.com the previous day and when I informed them of the subsequent conversation they credit for the days we did not stay.

Lovely hotel, ideal location

We stayed here for 3 nights and i must say it is total value for money. Staff at the hotel are very accomodating and friendly. The location is prime as you can walk to the beach and also walk to the old split area as well as the city centre! Its about 10-15 mins walk.. the breakfast was plenty and a good spread. The only thing is the wifi is quite weak and was stop start but signal was strong near the breakfast and reception area. Overrall we really enjoyed our stay!

Excellent service,nice hotel

Although service is excellent and so is the hotel,very clean and comfortable,I would say it is too far from all conveniences .The views from the hotel are not good,main road or car park. Rooms are not spacious as made out to be.We requested a king size room and got an ordinary room which I was told was Queen size.I was also told all the rooms were the same,clearly not as there were two prices for rooms. Breakfast is buffet so everything is very cold including scrambled eggs. We were given fried eggs on request,that was it.

Close to the beach and close to all the buses to go explore the city. Big rooms and nice staff that was very helpful and good breakfast. Would absolutely love there again!

Very nice little hotel

Very nice little hotel. Staff was very, very friendly ja made feel welcome. Thank you Nina! Room unusually spacious. Breakfast was okay, wifi worked well. Room was also very clean. It is true that the location is off from the center, but for me it wasn't a problem. The distance is not too long - maybe 25 minutes -. but after walking all day in Split it might feel like it. Beach is a short walk away. The only improvements I can think of is that the hotel book should have included informaton about buses and taxis to the center. There weren't also any paper napkins in the room, there was only toilet paper. There is a good supermarket in the same building (turn right from the hotel door and down the stairs).. No nightlife neaby so you have to go to the center for that, although there seemed to be a couple of bars and fast food joints. Reception isn't open at nights but who needs that. Taxi from the airport cost 40 euros and in kunas to other direction it was little under 260. I could easily stay here again.

Friendly staff

A spotless and almost brand new place! Very friendly and helpful staff and decent breakfast also. Bus fare to the old town is 11kuna/head while Uber fare is around 24-27kuna (to the east side of the Riva), definitely take Uber if there are more than 2 of you.

Friendly staff, clean rooms. Good breakfast. Good wifi, any advice we needed was there. 20 minutes walk into town, and there is a regular bus service. The weather was wonderful, lovely and warm.

Luxury alternative

Took a chance given the lack of reviews on Hotels.com, and glad that I did. Great apartments - much more luxurious than expected. The staff could not have been more helpful. The breakfast is really good, and I managed to park my car directly in front of the block for free for 2 days. The location seems a little strange when you arrive, but it is just strange not bad. The apartments are located about 2km from Split Old Town; so it's a 20 mins walk, or 5 mins by bus (1 euro) or taxi (6 euros). Much more efficient that staying in Old Town at an extra 80 euros per night. Highly recommended.
