Very nice rooms but up 2 flights of stairs so would be a problem if accessibility is needed. Very close to a grocery store and lots of restaurants and the old town and marina are a short walk away. Parking is a block away in a city lot so it may take several minutes of circling to find a spot - 10 euros a day with the parking card provided.

Beautiful room, easy parking, with balcony.

hotel located close walking distance from the paid parking area, which was not that expensive. With the balcony, but not much of the view. But room was nice and roomy. Close enough to walk to all the places in Central Square. Again with the stairs, but it was short easy one flight.

Comfortable apartment a short walk from the centre

Sandra gave us a great welcome, showed us how everything in the room worked and then sent some helpful info re restaurants, beaches etc.

Our host was very accommodating, lots of communication regarding arrival and check in. Our room was perfect for our needs, in a great location, short walking distance from the Riva, restaurants and bars but far enough away that it was quiet. Would highly recommend for staying in Split.

Fantastic place to stay. Sandra was absolutely amazing and helped with everything from restaurant recommendations to getting us things we needed. The room was clean and nicely furnished and the bed was comfy. This property is centrally located, and close to the old town, making everything very walkable. Will definitely stay here in the future.

Great place to stay in Split.

Great place to stay in Split. Near Supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Area has a very “local” feel with prices for food and drink in the area being much cheaper than in the old town. Facilities were lovely with plenty of room for our stay. Communication with Sandra was excellent, she was there to meet us and very helpful with advice and tips and a complimentary bottle of wine. Would stay again in this lovely apartment.

Sandra was a great host - we got a flat tire on our way to the accommodation and she was very patient in her communications and waited for us to arrive. She also sent us a list of recommendations for booking activities and restaurants which was really useful. The room itself was very spacious, clean and well maintained. The location was great too, being opposite a supermarket and less than a 10-minute walk to the centre. Would highly recommend staying here!

Lovely accomodation, excellent recommendation for those looking for a nice place to stay in Split. Our host (Sandra) was really helpful and very nice to talk too. We got lots of recommendations for restaurants, trips and beaches and she even helped us out with a last minute taxi towards the airport. The location is absolutely prestige, you have a supermarket and bakery not even 2 min away from the building and within 5-10 minutes you are in the city centre of Split. Also the busses for most trips and in general are just around the corner. All in all we had a wonderful experience and we hope to comeback in the future.

Excellent stay!

The Double Deluxe Room with Balcony was an amazing find for our 4 night stay in Split! The location was ideal- walking distance to everything but just far enough from the center that you don’t feel crowded. There is a grocery store across the street and dozens of delicious restaurants within a few minutes walk. The room was immaculately clean and spacious. and the little balcony was perfect for morning coffee or evening (and afternoon!) wine. The little fridge was nice for leftovers and beverages and the wine glasses, wine opener and a coffee set up was a welcome treat! Even thought there were other apartments on our floor, we never had any issues with noise. The bed was super comfortable and I was thankful for the large bathroom with all its counter space. The balcony had a line dry setup which came in really handy as we were still awaiting our luggage so that was a huge plus for us! Sandra the apartment manager was incredibly kind and helpful and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. Her love for her city and her love of people was so genuine and she really made our stay extra wonderful with her restaurant recommendations and insights into local attractions. Could not have been happier with the experience!

Well located modern apartment. Very quite even though right on the edge of the action. Public car park at end of the street. Supermarket across the street and several bakery’s nearby Old town very short stroll

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in our beautifully well kept room. The room was immaculate and spacious, we also enjoyed having the small balcony to enjoy our morning coffee. The location is excellent and in easy walking distance to everything you need. Sandra provided excellent communication before and during our holiday, providing recommendations for restaurants and excursions and also arranged transfers back to the airport. We would 100% recommend Well of Life Luxury rooms, they are very well looked after and would definitely stay here again if we ever revisit Split - this was our first visit to Croatia, the whole area and scenery is stunning and it certainly won't be our last visit. Thank you for having us and making our first visit to Croatia a very positive one 😊
