"All good nice spot and location"

"Great location but rooms very out dated and not in the best shape. AC kept kicking on and off every night multiple times and it sounded like a bang every time. Woke us up multiple times through out the night. Pool area is fine but gym equipment is out dated and no chairs in pool area. Overall their sister property across the water is a better overall property, the location is even better if you don't mind a small ferry ride. The best part of this property was the downtown location but everything else...not so much."

"There was a security issue at 2:30 AM and suddenly somebody tried to open our door and there was a man standing there a suit and tie and no explanation was made. He just walked away and then when I tried to get management for two days straight to tell me what was going on they kept telling me the manager is not here. The manager will be in later. The manager will call you and nobody called me. It made us very uncomfortable in a beautiful hotel to wonder what was going on with the security and why they weren’t answering for it finally one of them gave us a silly answer that they had assigned our room to somebody else and they were checking and late at night at 2 o’clock so security went up with them to take them to the room and there were no other people there so didn’t seem true so I’m very security conscious and his beautiful as that hotel is I could not go back"
