Hotel room has a sign they change the linens & towels every 3 days. Had no service the entire 6 day stay. Had to ask the front desk for clean towels 4 days in & empty our own garbage cans. The cleaner left their master key in our room.

For an average motel, this was overpriced. There will people smoking and drinking near our motel room. The bathrooms were very dated and window sill was dusty and had dead insects on it.

Someone else’s clothes were in the top drawer of the dresser and I found someone else’s earring on the floor whilst looking for my own dropped earring. Apart from those oversights in cleanliness I found the property very comfortable and North Vancouver was really cute, clean, and quiet.

We stayed at the property for just 24 hours, as a base for my husband who was running a marathon the next day. Perfect location (very quiet). Perfect amenities for a quick stay (loved the fridge in the room), and the beds were quite comfy. Also, the staff were lovely!!

Staff was helpful, quick and efficient. The bed linen was clean. Room did not look like it had been vacuumed. There was used dental floss on the floor and the sink was backed up.

When I first checked in there was some left over food in my fridge that's what I didn't like because I felt like my room wasn't thoroughly cleaned before I took over it. Also I hear noises from neighboring rooms such as when it's getting cleaned in the morning and people barging to the rooms but other than that the receptionists were great and everything else is excellent!

Our room was not properly cleaned; we found an empty pizza box in the desk drawer and an empty Doritos bag. Also, the front desk staff could not be bothered to show interest in their customers’ needs.

It was very good value. Check in staff was lovely. Room was clean, comfortable for a night's stay. Lots of sirens at night and loud cars. Not in the hotels control. There is a free breakfast but not a large selection. If you are vegetarian, you will not have any choices.

I booked a room with a queen bed and a sofa bed, but the sofa bed was broken and unusable. When I asked for it to be fixed, it still didn't work and hurt my wife's back when she sat on it. The staff said we could switch to a room with two queen beds but for more money. Despite the problems, I ended up paying more for the night because I didn't want to waste time finding a new place. Plus, the new room had ants in the bathroom. Overall, I don't recommend this inn due to the poor quality of the rooms and the unhelpful front desk staff. The inn advertised breakfast, but when we arrived, they only offered a piece of cake with coffee and cheese sandwich instead. This was misleading and disappointing too.

Mixed bag with overall average stay for this price point. Free breakfast consists of frozen breakfast sandwiches. Pool is not inviting and needs refurbished. Ground floor room. Many construction workers staying overnight who are not courteous by staying up all night, being loud and taking up half the parking lot in their trucks. Beds were okay. Shower worked well.

Altho the room was clean, there was still a frozen bottle of something freezer that turned green.. also in the veggie drawer of the fridge broccoli and cauliflower that spoiled.. I cleaned out so I can put my foods for the stay. Outside of that.. it was a good stay..

Our stay was great, we rented a suite and the small kitchen area was perfect and well equipped. The room smelled a bit old and musty from the carpet in the main living room. The rest was clean and we enjoyed it. The only thing we did not like was our room was at the end of the hall with another door across from us, the room across had piles of garbage outside the door the whole time, moldy food, crockpots and lots of bags and boxes. They often all blocked our door. The location is great as most things we did were in north vancouver and towards whistler. Lots of great things to do around the area. The staff were amazing.

Everything was good but breakfast. Breakfast was repetitive with no varies. I suggest to have a better breakfast, adding telephonic shower to bathroom and bidet to the toilet.
