"The staff was very friendly, personable and accomodating. The "red velvet waffles" were to die for!!! The room had a cigar stench that was unrelenting! In fairness, they offered to relocate me. Thinking an air refresher would resolve the problem, I declined. I will certainly return again if I'm in the area and choose a non smoking room."

"First and foremost, the staff was extremely friendly. Our check-in was great. The location was easy to find and there are plenty of restaurants in the surrounding area.Overall, this place was not impressive. The walls were paper thin when taking a shower if somebody below turned the water on you got an extreme hot or cold burst of water. You can tell a lot of the furniture and the carpentry work was not the best. My family left early one morning to go to Universal Studios and when we returned home later that evening, somehow our door had been unlocked the manager said he checked the video footage and could not figure out how the door unlocked. We were very lucky that none of our items were stolen, but just knowing that the door was open the entire day is enough for me to not return to this location"

"Clean hotel in a great location. It was not stated clearly enough that parking is $15 per night. Also not clear that there was no continental breakfast. Starts at $20+ per person. Thanks but no thanks to another stay."

"We got there late but the place smelled wonderful and they had someone cleaning as we checked in, the staff was great and easy check in, our room was beautiful i loved the bathroom mirror anti fog and connected my music to it, it was a great sleep and i would definitely be back "
