"Well this was a surprise! I thought we were coming to a country pub, and it turned out to be a mansion originally owned by French royalty and taken over by the BBC during World War II. It was a bit tricky to find, once we had turned into the driveway, as it was hidden behind new housing, but we tracked it down. It was quite delightful."

She was consistently exceptional - warm, attentive, and incredibly professional. She remembered small details, checked in proactively, and made each morning feel welcoming.
